GENERAL REGULATIONS CHECK-IN Dear guest, welcome to Condominio Zantamar. We want to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable, so we invite you to follow the Arrival Protocols and Condominium Regulations to ensure the well-being of all. Upon arrival by vehicle/walk: 1.-Park your vehicle in the Lobby area (Roundabout – Main entrance). 2.-Entering the parking lot is PROHIBITED WITHOUT COMPLETING YOUR CHECK-IN. 3.-Show your QR code to Security along with an ID and proceed to CHECK-IN at Reception. 4.-Wait for Reception/Security to assign you a parking space. 5.-You are only allowed to unload your LUGGAGE during CHECK-IN; proceed to park BEFORE entering the condominium. PRIVATE UNIT REGULATIONS 1.-Hanging towels/clothing on balconies and/or terraces is prohibited. 2.-No noise after 11:00 pm. 3.-Pets are allowed with the owner’s authorization. 4.-Respect the maximum occupancy capacity of each private unit. 5.-Visitors are not allowed in amenities unless authorized in advance by the owner and notified beforehand in the reservation. COMMON AREA REGULATIONS 1.-NO SPEAKERS allowed. 2.-Smoking is not permitted in the condominium. 3.-Pets must be on a leash at all times; please pick up their waste and dispose of it in the designated trash container. 4.-Grills are not allowed in the pool and green areas. 5.-Private events are not allowed in the condominium. 6.-Reserving common areas is not permitted. 7.-Moving furniture from common areas such as coworking spaces, gym, lounge chairs, chairs, and tables is not allowed. 8.-Balls and/or sports equipment are not allowed in the pool and green areas. 9.-Umbrellas, beach chairs, and/or lounge chairs are not allowed in the condominium’s green areas. Protocolo de llegadas POOL USE REGULATIONS 1.-Allowed hours: Every day from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. 2.-Swimsuits must be worn at all times in the pools. 3.-No FOOD OR DRINKS inside or around the pool area. 4.-No GLASSWARE allowed. 5.-No PETS in the pools. 6.-No jumping, running, or diving. GYM REGULATIONS 1.-Allowed hours: Every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. 2.-Sandals are not allowed. 3.-Clean and disinfect equipment before and after use. 4.-Bring a towel when using the gym. 5.-Visitors are not allowed in the gym. PENALTIES 1.-If a rule is violated, a verbal warning will be issued. 2.-After the second verbal warning and/or depending on the severity of the violation, temporary suspension from the common area may be enforced. 3.-After the third verbal warning, permanent access to the condominium will be revoked.
